PVC canvas angle for rounding

Field of application of the PVC coated angle for rounding:

• Reinforcement of building corners and wall openings (windows, doors), especially for roundings.

• Dimensions: 2.50m
• Raster size: 33 x 33 m
• Packaging: 20 pieces / box
• Material: Perforated rigid PVC, resistant and plasticizer-free, PVC-U, EGLC 082-05 T33( DIN ISO 1163-1)
• Paddle: Certified 4x4 mesh, 165g/m².
• Bonding: Hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive on the bottom of resins.
• Hydrocarbon and synthetic rubber.
• Density: 1.0 g / cm³.
• Heat resistance: Up to 160°C
• Softening temperature: 132°C to 140°C

Use of the PVC covered angle for rounding:  

1. A fin is already pre-cut so that this angle can be adjusted to curved arcs or similar elements. 

2. The mesh has to be cut out at the right place. 

3. The angle is first fixed with glue dots and then coated with the glass mesh.
