Description of the fixing primer based on acrylic resin dispersed in water : 

• For exterior use, new or renovation on all vertical surfaces of the building and on the underside, bare or coated with old adherent paint in good condition.
• On concrete and prefabricated derivatives, rough masonry or masonry coated with traditional cement mortar, or single-coat hydraulic plaster, bricks.

Strong points of the fixing primer based on acrylic resin in water dispersion: 

• Unsaponifiable and microporous Does not soak up old paint
• Finely grained No projection
• Facilitates the application of D3 RSE and RPE coatings (except ribbed)

Application of the fixing primer based on acrylic resin dispersed in water :

• The substrates must comply with the relevant DTU regulations, in particular DTU 59.1. 
• Prior recognition is necessary in order to determine the most suitable preparation for their condition and nature (cleaning, washing/rinsing, sanding, scraping, degreasing, dusting, etc.). 
• Substrates contaminated by moss, algae or fungi must first be treated with an anti-cryptogamic solution (algaecide and fungicide) in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, followed by a HP rinse to remove any remaining residues.
• Substrates with saltpetre should be treated by brushing. Wherever possible, the cause of the saltpetre should be removed to prevent its recurrence.

• In general, after preparation, substrates must be sound, cohesive, normally absorbent, clean, dry and ready to receive a first coat of PROMUREX IMPRESSION before the application of one or two finishing coats.
